Statutory assessments take place within Reception, Year 1, Year 4 and Year 6. We are very proud of our outcomes at Reffley Academy and they can be found below:

End of KS2 Assessments:

These aim to measure the successful education of the pupils in the core subjects at the end of their primary education. This measure is completed through formal tests and written work, which is assessed against a set of writing standards.

The measures look at the number that reach the expected level, those achieving a high level (Greater Depth), as well as the average score achieved, with 100 needed for the expected level and 110 for those working at greater depth.

Progress score in reading, writing and maths

There are no national KS1-KS2 progress scores for academic years 2023/24 and 2024/25 because there is no KS1 baseline available to calculate primary progress measures for these years due to Covid-19 disruption.
